Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable DevSecOps architecture aligned with business and technology goals.

• Define and standardize CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and configuration management processes.

• Lead the implementation of multistage pipelines as code on Jenkins and GitLab platforms.

• Collaborate with software architects, developers, QA, security, cloud, and operations teams to implement CI, CD, and Continuous Testing (CT).

• Deploy and manage container‑based and serverless solutions on AWS, including microservices.

• Create and implement configurable pipelines incorporating quality gates in CI, CD, and CT.

• Drive automation for builds, deployments, and infrastructure provisioning.

• Mentor and guide DevOps engineers and developers in modern engineering practices and improving DevSecOps maturity.

• Support incident response and root cause analysis for major outages and service disruptions.

• Contribute to compliance and audit readiness of DevSecOps processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong hands‑on experience with a wide range of tools including:

  • Testing & quality: PyUnit, nUnit, SonarQube, Snyk

  • Binary & artifacts: Artifactory, Maven

  • Automation & testing frameworks: Selenium, RestAssured, LambdaTest, JMeter

  • ITSM/Support: EasyVista

  • Database versioning: Liquibase

  • Cloud & secrets: AWS CloudFormation, AWS Secrets Manager

  • Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes

• Expert in scripting and pipeline development using Groovy and YAML.

• Proficient in deployment strategies including Blue/Green, Canary, and Dark deployments.

• Experience implementing and tracking DevOps metrics (e.g., DORA metrics).

• Deep expertise in AWS and Azure cloud platforms.

• Proficient in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

• Strong experience working in Agile/SCRUM/Kanban environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer (or equivalent certification)

• Experience integrating Gen AI in DevSecOps automation

• Experience working in multi‑cloud or hybrid cloud environments

• Strong knowledge of networking, security, and monitoring tools (e.g., NewRelic, OpsGenie)

• Hands‑on experience with additional IaC and configuration tools such as Terraform, Puppet, Ansible
