Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in building modern, scalable, and responsive UI applications using React.js
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Deep understanding of React concepts, including Hooks, Context API, component lifecycle, and performance optimization
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, MobX, or similar frameworks
• Strong experience in implementing and managing Micro Frontend architectures
• Good to have experience with ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, Web API, MVC, and SQL Server
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or OCI
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD), including bounded contexts
• Experience deploying and managing containerized applications using Kubernetes and Helm Charts
• Experience driving TDD/BDD practices and maintaining high code coverage standards
• Hands-on experience writing automated tests using modern testing frameworks
• Working knowledge of modern DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance
• Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases, including writing complex queries and stored procedures
• Strong understanding of design patterns and integration patterns, especially in Microservices-based systems
• Good understanding of Authentication and Authorization best practices (OAuth, JWT, SSO, etc.)
• Experience following GitHub/Git branching strategies and best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
