Role OverviewThe Senior Developer – CRM is a hands-on technical expert embedded within a Value Stream squad, with a primary focus on the design, configuration, and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales and related modules). This role leads Power Platform solution design and ensures the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM systems that drive business value. You will work independently with strategic oversight, owning the delivery of complex customisations and integrations, and interfacing directly with stakeholders to understand and deliver on business requirements.Core Skill SetDesign, configure, customise, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales and related modules)Lead Power Platform solution design and architectureAdvanced configuration of Model-Driven Apps (Tables, Columns, Forms, Views, Business Rules, Security Roles)Develop and review advanced customisations using JavaScript, Web Resources, Plugins, and Custom Workflow ActivitiesDesign and implement complex Power Automate cloud flows and integrationsConduct code reviews, mentor developers, and define best practices for CRM developmentTypical ResponsibilitiesDeliver and design complex customisations and integrations for Dynamics 365 and Power PlatformEnsure scalability, security, and performance of CRM solutionsInterface with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsMentor and support developers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement within the teamConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standardsStay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform updates, recommending and implementing new features where appropriate3 must haves7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development- 4/5Proven expertise in Power Platform, including Power Automate and Model-Driven Apps 4/5Strong background in JavaScript, C#, and related technologies for CRM customisation 3/5Experience with integration patterns and cloud-based solutionsDemonstrable experience mentoring junior colleagues and promoting good engineering practicesUnderstanding of user experience and intuitive interface design within CRM solutions.
