CoE - AI - Automation + AI

Key Responsibilities

• Manage test uploads, cycle management, and execution in Zephyr.

• Create and maintain JIRA dashboards for tests and defects, including calendars and user assignments.

• Raise and track risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions during test cycles.

• Perform data analysis in Excel:

  • Extract reports from JIRA

  • Track test coverage

  • Analyze defect trends

  • Map inputs for automation

• Build Power BI dashboards to monitor test plan execution, coverage, and defect impact.

• Conduct API validation testing using Swagger and Postman when end-to-end solutions are unavailable.

• Prepare and present entry/exit gate reports and weekly status updates using PowerPoint.

• Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to integrate automation and AI-driven testing approaches.

• Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML models for:

  • Defect prediction

  • Test optimization

  • Performance analysis

Required Skillset

• Zephyr – Test cycle management and execution

• JIRA – Dashboard creation, defect tracking, risk/issue management

• Excel – Data extraction, coverage mapping, defect performance analysis

• Power BI – Advanced reporting dashboards for test and defect analytics

• Swagger & Postman – API validation testing

• PowerPoint – Reporting and stakeholder presentations

• Knowledge of automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in testing (predictive analytics, defect clustering, intelligent test selection)
