We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Lead to oversee the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts for SAP applications using Tricentis Tosca. The role involves leading a small team of automation engineers, ensuring quality delivery, and collaborating closely with functional and technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAutomation DeliveryLead the creation and maintenance of Tosca automation scripts for SAP modules and integrated systems.Ensure automation coverage aligns with project requirements and timelines.Execute automated test suites and analyze results.Team CoordinationGuide and mentor automation engineers on best practices.Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.Framework & StandardsContribute to the enhancement of Tosca automation frameworks.Ensure adherence to testing standards and governance.CollaborationWork closely with SAP functional consultants, developers, and QA teams.Participate in defect triage and provide automation insights.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to optimize automation processes.Stay updated on Tosca and SAP testing innovations.Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical ExpertiseHands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca automation.Strong understanding of SAP modules (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori).Familiarity with CI/CD integration (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).LeadershipExperience leading small teams or acting as a senior automation engineer.Ability to manage priorities and communicate effectively.Additional SkillsKnowledge of API testing and service virtualization.Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.3 must havesTosca 4/5SAP HANA 4/5CI/CD 3/5
