Must haves:Communication skills - 3/5Load testing - 2/5 (optional, to be trained by COE)API testing - 3.5/5UI auto (Se/Java) - 4/5Responsibilities:  Need to upskill with load testing.Need to have good grip with API testing.Should have UI automation skill with Se/JavaShould be fine to take up manual testing tasks as needed.This is a long term need. Create/execute/update load tests.Excellent knowledge in the JIRA for sprint management Analyze new User Stories (requirements).  Good knowledge in defect life cycle. Required to create/update/execute automation test scripts using Selenium with Java., if needed.Able to pull/ push the code to Bitbucket and create pull requests.  Trigger the run in Jenkins, Browser stack. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.  Good exposure to any unit test framework such as TestNG/NUnit Understand test automation requirements from clients. Conduct Automation execution analysis to identify the root cause of the defect. Conduct code reviews and pull requests. Report the project status to the clients. Participate in teleconference/Chat with client and provide various test reports as needed. Keep abreast of latest testing trends, technologies, processes, tools etc. Should be flexible with work hrs. to collaborate closely with client's teams.
