Automation Architect
This role demands deep technical expertise in TOSCA, Selenium and DevOps along with strong leadership capabilities to guide a high-performing team and drive transformation across automation practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Provide technical direction, conduct code and framework reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.Build team capabilities through training, coaching, and hands-on support across tools and technologies.Architect and implement scalable, maintainable automation frameworks tailored to Healthcare workflows and compliance needs.
Drive adoption of TOSCA and Selenium tools for robust test automation across UI, API, and data layers.Introduce accelerators, reusable components, and automation utilities to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-market.Identify and implement transformation opportunities to enhance quality, reduce cost, and streamline delivery.Evaluate emerging tools and technologies to continuously evolve the automation landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, development, business analysts, and client stakeholders.Align automation goals with business objectives and ensure seamless integration into CI/CD pipelines.
Define and publish transparent metrics and dashboards to track automation coverage, ROI, and quality improvements.Required Skills:Strong hands-on experience with TOSCA, Selenium, and scripting languages (Java/Python)
.Expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab).Proven leadership experience managing and scaling automation teams.Deep understanding of Healthcare domain processes and compliance standards Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
