Role Summary:
We are seeking an AI Assurance Engineer responsible for ensuring AI/ML and Generative AI systems are reliable, secure, compliant, and aligned with responsible AI principles. The role focuses on AI model testing, validation, monitoring, risk assessment, governance, and compliance throughout the AI lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate AI/ML models for accuracy, robustness, fairness, explainability, and drift.
• Perform pre- and post-deployment testing and monitoring.
• Assess AI-related risks, including bias, hallucinations, privacy, and security concerns.
• Build monitoring frameworks and define AI health metrics.
• Support AI governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Product, Security, and Compliance teams.

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
