Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join the team as an early engineering hire. The ideal candidate will work across the complete application stack, contributing to feature development, bug fixes, and system enhancements in a mature TypeScript monorepo environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript
• Build and enhance backend APIs, database queries, and frontend UI components
• Work across multiple applications and shared packages within a monorepo architecture
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs across the stack
• Collaborate with the team to define implementation approaches for complex features
• Follow established coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code delivery
• Handle edge cases and business-critical logic with strong attention to detail

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript for both frontend and backend development
• Hands-on experience in developing end-to-end application features
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as:
  • Vue 3 OR React
    (Candidates with React experience should be willing to work with Vue 3)
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js frameworks such as:
  • Fastify
  • Express
  • Hono
• Experience with ORM technologies including:
  • Prisma
  • Sequelize
  • TypeORM
  • Drizzle
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
