You won't just be "writing code"—you will be designing the digital infrastructure that powers our team. You are someone who thinks in "flows," anticipates where a user might break a script, and ensures that data is not just stored, but beautifully visualized and actionable.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Architecture: Design end-to-end automation flows that connect Google Sheets, Gmail, and external APIs without silent failures.Data Visualization & BI: Build and maintain high-impact dashboards in PLX and Looker Studio to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.Full-Stack Development: Build custom web interfaces using React and robust backends using Node.js to solve problems where off-the-shelf tools fail.Database Optimization: Manage large-scale datasets using SQL, ensuring queries are performant and data integrity is maintained.Resilient Engineering: Implement advanced error handling (try/catch), automated alerts, and bypass execution limits (e.g., the 6-minute Apps Script limit) using time-driven triggers.Technical Stack RequirementsLanguages: Google App script, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SQL.Frameworks: Google Suite, Google Developer Console, React.js, Node.js, Express.BI Tools: PLX, Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).Database: Relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL), NoSQLSkill CategorizationMust-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)6+ Years Professional Experience: Proven track record in software development and systems architecture.Google Ecosystem Mastery: Advanced Google Apps Script (Triggers, Quotas, API connectors) and Google Workspace integrations.UI/UX Design: Ability to create intuitive interfaces using CSS Grid, Flexbox, or Material UI.Data Visualization: Expert-level ability to design complex, automated dashboards in Looker Studio and PLX.Advanced SQL: Expertise in writing optimized queries, managing schemas, and performance tuning (Indexing, Joins).Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in English/Hindi AND at least one other Indic language.Good-to-Have SkillsModern Full-Stack: Deep proficiency in React.js (Hooks, State Management) and Node.js/Express.Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services like BigQuery or Cloud Functions.NoSQL Databases: Familiarity with MongoDB or Firestore for flexible data structures.DevOps: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).3 must havesGoogle Workspace Developer 4/5Javascript 4/5HTMS / CSS 3/5
