1. Administrative Support:- Manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, and appointments (including virtual meetings via Zoom, Teams, etc.). - Handle email correspondence (filtering, drafting responses, flagging urgent messages). - Organize travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas). - Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas. - Maintain confidential files and documents (NDAs, contracts, business plans). 2. Communication & Coordination - Act as a liaison between the executive and employees, clients, or investors. - Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items. - Screen and manage phone calls and emails professionally. - Assist in client relations (scheduling demos, follow-ups). 3. Technical & Software-Specific Tasks - Assist with software-related documentation (user manuals, release notes). - Help organize product demos, webinars, or tech conferences. - Coordinate with engineering, product, and marketing teams for updates. - Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) is a plus. - Basic knowledge of software development workflows (Agile, Scrum) can be helpful. 4. Event & Logistics Management - Arrange team offsites, hackathons, or corporate events. - Manage office supplies and software licenses. - Assist in onboarding new hires (setting up accounts, access permissions).
