Database Deployment Automation Engineer – DevOps Looking for "Database Deployment Automation Engineer" - responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated database deployment processes within a DevOps framework. Key Responsibilities - 1. 7+ years of experience 2. Develop and maintain automated database deployment pipelines using tools like Liquibase, Flyway, or Redgate including installations. 3. Integrate database changes into CI/CD workflows (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) 4. Version Control & Change Management - database migrations, rollbacks, and branching strategies 5. Integration of third-party tools – Change Management, ticket management and notification tools. 6. Work closely with developers, DBAs, and DevOps teams to align database deployment with application releases 7. Support documentation for deployment procedures, rollback plans, and configuration standards Must have - 1. Strong experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle) - 4/5 2. Hands-on experience with database deployment automation tools (e.g., Liquibase, Flyway, DB Maestro) - 4/5 3. Familiarity with DevOps tools (like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform) and understanding of CI/CD principles, version control, and infrastructure as code - 4/5
