Min 12+ years of exp in Project management

Proficiency in Test and delivery management.

Should be able to define the different test strategies (e.g. on different levels of verification, automation vs. manual, performance vs regression vs stress)

Strong understanding of software development and Testing methodologies

Understand Medical application testing requirements and test strategy

Good experience in Automation and manual testing Ability to develop the business to organization

Proficiency in managing the people and their performance management

Analytical and technical with the ability to accurately understand and interpret testing concepts and process

Ensure complete customer focus in deliveries including managing requirements, reviews, obtaining acceptance plans and feedbacks

Mentoring team members on testing concepts and process

Ability to connect stakeholder and meet their expectations in terms of deliverables and Go getter kind

Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills
