We are looking for an Operation Manager with experience in managing people and a technical background for an exciting and challenging position!

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Netanya.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Managed engineering teams of over 50 engineers, including responsibility for workforce, financial, and delivery processes
  • Recruit, train, and manage engineers and Team Leaders
  • Manage client relations and expectations
  • Build and maintain relations with decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Develop new activities, and business opportunities and expand the group's footprint and responsibility

 

Requirements

 

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Team Lead/ Officer/ Operation Manager/ Delivery Manager (Can be military experience) - must
  • Managing operations consisting of at least 20 employees - must
  • Technical background - must
  • Understanding or hands-on experience in QA/Testing and engineering service companies - advantage
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with personnel recruitment and training processes
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong leadership and change management skills
